Program description

Napa Proposal Weekend Trip Updates is a private informational messaging program operated by American Intelligence Works LLC for invited participants and service contacts for the September 10–13, 2026 Napa proposal weekend. Twilio is used to deliver recurring event-logistics messages, which may include itinerary changes, transportation reminders, reservation timing, and urgent day-of updates. The program does not send marketing, promotional, alcohol-sales, or unrelated American Intelligence Works LLC content.

Enrollment, consent, and frequency

Website members can enroll by confirming their mobile phone number and checking the separate consent box. By enrolling in Napa Proposal Weekend Trip Updates, you agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from American Intelligence Works LLC for this program. Message frequency varies and may include multiple texts per trip day and occasional pre-trip reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not required to use the app or attend the trip.

The configured START welcome or first trip update to a current phone that has not yet received the disclosure includes STOP and HELP instructions. Later updates remain branded but do not repeat that line; STOP, START/UNSTOP, and HELP remain available.

START and UNSTOP also trigger a standard NETWORK MSG acknowledgment from the toll-free carrier. That message is separate from the Napa welcome and cannot be customized by this app.

By sending START to the Napa Proposal Weekend Trip Updates toll-free number, you consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from American Intelligence Works LLC at the mobile number used to send START, including itinerary changes, transportation reminders, reservation timing, and day-of logistics. Message frequency varies and may include multiple texts per trip day and occasional pre-trip reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. A host may send a separate subscription invitation. Receiving that invitation does not enroll you in recurring trip updates. Reply START or use the optional website form to subscribe. Existing opt-outs remain respected.

A host may list you as a texts-only contact without creating a website account or granting itinerary access. You can subscribe by replying START from that listed phone; signing into the website is not required. Being added to the contact list does not itself grant text consent.

Authentication codes are separate

When an invited guest requests a sign-in code, the guest consents to receive one transactional authentication text for that request from American Intelligence Works LLC at the mobile number entered. Standard message and data rates may apply. Requesting an authentication code does not enroll the guest in Napa Proposal Weekend Trip Updates or authorize recurring trip updates.

Opting out and support

Reply STOP to cancel program messages at any time. Twilio Advanced Opt-Out and the US toll-free network handle that keyword and supply the required acknowledgment; the app itself sends no keyword reply and does not promise exact STOP response copy. Reply HELP for help. For additional assistance, email hello@americanintelligenceworks.com. You may also disable trip updates from the authenticated Text Updates page. An in-app opt-out can be reversed through that page. Replying START or UNSTOP from a host-listed phone enrolls that phone or clears a prior text-originated STOP.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability depends on carrier coverage and the mobile number supplied by the guest. Twilio supplies delivery outcomes and STOP, START/UNSTOP, and HELP metadata to the app for operational and consent auditing.

Mobile numbers and consent records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
