How enrollment works

American Intelligence Works LLC uses one toll-free number to send recurring, non-marketing event logistics to a small group of personally known invited guests and host-selected service contacts for a private Napa proposal weekend from September 10–13, 2026. Messages are limited to itinerary changes, private-bus pickup reminders, reservation timing, and urgent day-of logistics. Each person independently opts in through the optional, unchecked authenticated web form or by sending START from their host-listed current phone after receiving the program disclosure. Texts-only contacts do not need a website account. The program uses no purchased lists, lead generation, promotions, or unrelated American Intelligence Works LLC messages.

Two optional enrollment paths

  1. A host lists each person's current mobile number. Website members receive a private sign-in; texts-only contacts receive no website account or itinerary access. Public account creation is disabled, and being listed records no SMS consent.
  2. Website members may sign in with a one-time authentication code, review their verified number beside a separate checkbox that is blank by default, and choose whether to enable trip texts or skip them.
  3. The authentication code is a separate transactional message and never enrolls the guest in recurring trip updates.
  4. Any host-listed person, including a texts-only contact, may send START from their current phone to the program’s toll-free number. No website sign-in is required. Twilio sends the configured welcome with the program, frequency, rates, HELP, and STOP terms. The toll-free carrier also sends its own standard NETWORK MSG acknowledgment; it is separate from the Napa welcome.
  5. Either opt-in path records the current phone, timestamp, disclosure version, and source. The website path also records the browser user agent.
  6. The START response or first accepted trip update to an undisclosed current phone supplies STOP and HELP instructions. The separate fixed invitation grants neither consent nor initial-disclosure credit. Ongoing updates use the concise Napa Updates sender label and do not repeat that line; standard STOP, START/UNSTOP, and HELP handling remains active.
  7. Consent remains optional and is not required to use the app or attend the trip.
  8. Twilio reports delivery outcomes and STOP, START/UNSTOP, and HELP metadata. The app retains that audit data but sends no keyword reply; STOP opts the current phone out and START or UNSTOP enrolls or restores it.

What consent covers

Keyword help

START, STOP, and HELP

Twilio handles reserved keywords before the app receives signed metadata. START or UNSTOP enrolls or restores a matching host-listed phone, STOP turns trip texts off, and HELP supplies support details. Ordinary replies are not a monitored chat. The app sends no additional keyword response.

For this toll-free number, the network generates its own standard NETWORK MSG acknowledgment for START separately from the configured Napa confirmation shown below. That carrier text is not controlled by the app, and provider processing does not prove that either automatic message reached the phone. The network also supplies its own STOP acknowledgment rather than the policy wording below.
